Is it necessary to pay for reservation?
In order to make a reservation it is necessary to pay minimum 30% of rental amount to confirm the vehicle price and reservation.
The rest of the rental amount can be paid in cash or by credit card when taking the vehicle. Payment is done with our previous approval.
Do I need to order additional equipment immediately?
If you need a child car seat, cell phone or GPS we advise you to order in during the booking so that we can reserve it for you. Other possibilities like additional insurance can be bought during reservation period or when picking up the vehicle.
Can I pick up the car at one location and return it at the other?
Of course. However, we need to agree previously about specific locations.
How do I get a reservation confirmation?
You will receive the reservation confirmation on your e-mail address given to us during reservation. Pay attention when entering your e-mail address.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but the deposit can be cancelled when cancelling at least 3 days prior to vehicle rental period.
How to pick-up the vehicle at the airport?
Our offices and our partner branch offices are located at all bigger airports in the Republic of Croatia.
Pic-up details available when confirming the reservation.
Can we pick-up the vehicle outside the working hours?
Yes, when possible and if you inform us in time.
Is it possible for other persons to drive the vehicle during the rental time?
Only the persons named in the contract can drive a vehicle. In case of an accident, if a vehicle was driven by a person not mentioned in the contract, vehicle insurance is not valid.
If I return a vehicle sooner or after the period from the rental contract?
Vehicle can be returned sooner or after if we are previously informed about it. Rental price is calculated on a 24-hour basis. We tolerate 2-hour delay for a daily rental,
and after that another day is calculated.
